Baked Potato Slices
These baked potato slices are prepared hassle-back style. This means they haven’t been baked yet. They’re sliced vertically from top to bottom. Then they’re roasted until golden brown. Served on a plate, they’re absolute perfection. Potatoes are the ideal accompaniment to any meat dish. The single potato can be prepared in a variety of ways.
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, I used Russet
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon garlic
⅛ teaspoon paprika
4 to 6 tablespoons olive oil
