Preparation:
1. First, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
2. Spread the beaten batter on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F). Approx. 25 minutes – we’ll be watching…
3. Whip the whipped cream together with the sugar and mascarpone until stiff peaks form.
4. Slice the bananas lengthwise and place them on the cooled dough. Spread the cream, smooth it out, and grate the chocolate over it.
5. Refrigerate to harden. Cut with a sharp knife.
