Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine cream cheese mixture: In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add spices and cheese: Add chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and hot sauce. Stir all ingredients well. Set aside.
Make slider rolls: Cut slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping rolls together. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
First layer of cream cheese: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom half of rolls.
Add ham: Sprinkle chopped ham evenly over cream cheese layer.
Layer remaining cream cheese: Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over ham (or alternatively spread on bottom of top half of rolls).
Top with rolls: Place top half of slider rolls over ham and cream cheese layers.
Butter: Brush top of slider rolls with melted butter.
First baking: Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Second baking: Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until top of sliders is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving: Serve the Mississippi Sin Sliders warm. Enjoy!
