Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the croissants and press them onto a large baking sheet to form a crust, pinching the seams together.
Bake the crust for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Top with chopped broccoli, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and tomatoes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Variations & Tips
Get creative with the toppings! For extra flavor, you can add sliced olives, mushrooms, or even some cooked bacon bits. If you’re looking for a healthier option, use whole wheat crescent roll dough and reduced-fat cream cheese. For some spice, sprinkle on some red pepper flakes. This recipe is also a great way to use up leftover veggies in the fridge.
