Guides:
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove.
Add the peanuts: Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanuts to the bowl and stir until they are completely coated in chocolate.
Form the bunches: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Using a spoon, drop the chocolate-coated peanut mixture onto the prepared sheet by the spoonful, forming into bunches.
Optional Drizzle: Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bouquets for a decorative touch.
To Cool: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the bouquets set until the chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes.
To Serve or Store: Once set, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator to keep them fresher longer.
