Preparation
1. THIS is how it works: First, beat the butter, honey, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the egg yolks. Sift the flour over the mixture and stir in the ground nuts.
2. Then fill the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe dots onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place 1 walnut half on each dot
3. Now bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes. Then take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Done! Enjoy!
