Preparation
So my dears, first I scrub the potatoes, cook them until done, peel them and then fry them in a pan in which the oil has already been heated.
Then I cut the zucchini into triangles (first into slices and then into quarters), then I add these to the potatoes and fry until they are slightly yellowish-brown.
Now in the meantime I grate the carrot and add it.
Then I season everything with soy sauce, Tabasco, quite a lot of pepper, some chili, maybe a little ginger and herbs such as parsley.
This recipe can be varied wonderfully: For example, vegetables go well with… B. also paprika and spices such as curry or spice mixtures, you can also add cheese such as Gouda or feta.
