Mac and Cheese Recipe

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta: Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute until smooth.
Gradually add milk while stirring continuously.
Cook until the mixture thickens.
Add Cheese & Seasonings:
Lower the heat and add shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Combine: Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
Optional Baked Version:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer mac and cheese to a baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
