Instructions:
Cook the Octopus:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Submerge the octopus and simmer for about 45–60 minutes until tender.
Remove from water, let it cool, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Season and Sauté:
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir for a few seconds.
Add the chopped octopus and sauté for 3–5 minutes until slightly crispy.
Squeeze lime juice over the octopus and remove from heat.
Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan.
Fill each tortilla with octopus.
Top with fresh cilantro, diced onion, jalapeño slices, and avocado.
Serve & Enjoy!
Add your favorite salsa and serve with lime wedges.
