Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Sauté the chicken: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy!
