Cracker Barrel-style meatloaf recipe that tastes just like the restaurant version! It’s packed with flavor, topped with a tangy glaze, and super easy to make.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, crushed crackers, cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze on top. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or mac & cheese for the ultimate comfort meal.

Would you like a variation, like a spicy version or one without crackers? 😊
