Strawberry Fanta cake prepared in 10 minutes

Ingredients/preparation

120 g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
60 ml oil
150 g flour
1/2 packet of baking powder, sifted
80 ml Fanta
So my dears, first of all beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy and add the oil, flour and baking powder and finally stir in the Fanta.
Then grease a small baking tray (30 x 22 cm) or a springform pan (26 cm) and line it with baking paper and put the dough in the pan.
Now bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Then, after it has cooled, remove the baking paper and put the base back in the pan. Ingredients for the topping
450 g strawberries
320 g cream
350 g sour cream
2 bags of cream stabilizer
2 bags of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Now wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut into pieces and spread on the base.
Now whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the cream stabilizer until stiff and stir in the sour cream.
Then spread the mixture on the strawberries and sprinkle with the sugar.
