2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or a blend of your favorite cheeses
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and thoroughly grease a bundt cake pan.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook hash browns until browned. Set aside to cool.
3. Assemble your breakfast bundt cake in this order: Place half of the diced bread on top. Add diced ham, green onions, cooled hash browns, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining bread cubes.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
5. Pour mixture into greased bundt cake pan, spreading ingredients evenly. Cover pan with foil and let stand for a few minutes. Top with remaining shredded cheese. (We like to top with more ham.)
6. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and cake is set in the center.
7. Allow cake to cool before carefully inverting onto a serving platter.
