Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the BBQ sauce and bring to a simmer.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 25-30 minutes.
