Mango Puff Pastry Delight Recipe
✅Ingredients:
✔️ 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
✔️ 1 cup fresh mango, diced
✔️ 2 tbsp sugar
✔️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✔️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 1 egg (for the egg wash)
For the glaze:
✔️ ½ cup powdered sugar
✔️ 1 tbsp milk 🥛
✔️ ½ tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan, combine the mango, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice over medium heat.
Stir until mixture thickens (2-3 mins), then remove from heat.
🔸 2️⃣ Assemble the pastry:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or rectangles.
Spoon mango filling onto half of each piece.
Fold edges over with a fork and seal.
🔸 3️⃣ Bake until golden brown:
Brush pastry with egg wash.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
🔸 4️⃣ Make glaze:
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
Drizzle over warm pastry.
🔸 5️⃣ Garnish and serve!
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with extra mango cubes!
