100 g apple (coarsely grated)
2 eggs
20 g rice syrup
120 ml sparkling water
140 g Greek yogurt
30 g oatmeal
120 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon

Preparation
1. First peel the apple and roughly grate it. Then separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Now mix the egg yolks with rice syrup, sparkling water and yogurt.
2. Now mix the flour with the oatmeal, baking powder and cinnamon and stir briefly.
Finally fold in the grated apple and the beaten egg whites.
Heat a little more butter or oil in a pan, add the batter a tablespoon at a time and fry the pancakes.
