Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
Grind oats into fine flour if not using oat flour.
In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut oil.
Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts (if using).
Pour batter into baking dish and smooth top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting. Enjoy!
