Preparation
1. It’s that simple: first mix the water with the paprika powder. Then add the mustard, ketchup and egg and keep stirring until you have a creamy mixture.
2. Now chop the onion into small pieces and add it to the liquid with the minced meat, herbs and breadcrumbs. Then knead everything well until everything is mixed together and then season with salt and pepper.
3. Next, form balls from the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 210° for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs. The meatballs can get nice and dark, as they will then be particularly crispy. Our tip:
