Snack attack! These are so delicious, I almost ate them all!

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
Reheat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
Melt the chocolate separately in the microwave using the same method.
Add the chow mein noodles and salted peanuts to the melted mixture and stir until well coated.
Drop the mixture onto the prepared wax paper, spoonful by spoonful. Drizzle chocolate over the top.
Allow the haystacks to cool and firm up, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Enjoy your sweet and crunchy treats!
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor profile, use white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch chips. You can also sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet and salty combination. If you like coconut, mix in 1/2 cup of shredded coconut for extra texture. For those who like something a little spicier, a dash of cayenne pepper can give these treats an unexpected kick.
