Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare a grill.
Prepare foil packs: Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place the potato slices in the center.
Season: Drizzle with olive oil or butter, add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss well.
Wrap & Bake: Seal the foil tightly and bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add Cheese: Open the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
