Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and cut into 36 squares. Place squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate according to package directions. Remove chocolate squares from freezer and dip into melted chocolate to coat. (A fork works well.)
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to harden.
Store in freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
