Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked egg noodles
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (for topping)
2 tbsp melted butter

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
2️⃣ Mix the Casserole
In a large bowl, mix cooked noodles, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, peas & carrots, and seasonings. Stir until well combined.
3️⃣ Assemble & Add Topping
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs) with melted butter, then sprinkle on top.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal!
