Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
Drain and set aside.
Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in broth and heavy cream, then bring to a gentle simmer.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine & Serve:
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
