Ingredients:

1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa (sliced)
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked egg noodles
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix sauerkraut, sour cream, mushroom soup, caraway seeds, paprika, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked noodles and sausage mixture.
Pour into the baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm and enjoy!

1 cup shredded Swiss or Gruyère cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook pork and onion until browned.
Stir in sauerkraut, chicken broth, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to the baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
