Instructions:

(Rich and savory with bacon!)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork or bratwurst (casings removed)
4 slices bacon (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss or Gruyère cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
