Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumb mixture and mix well.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
