Instructions:
Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes until slightly soft, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and sauté until soft.
Add minced meat, stir-fry until browned, then add soy sauce and black pepper.
Toss in the potatoes and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve as a side dish or with rice.
3. Stuffed Potatoes with Minced Meat
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
300g minced meat
1 small onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Bake or boil the potatoes until soft. Let them cool, then cut in half and scoop out the center.
Sauté onion and garlic, add minced meat, and cook until browned.
Add tomato sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill the potatoes with the minced meat mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Serve hot!
