Turkey Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)
1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Crust: If using a pre-made pie crust, place it in a greased pie dish. Poke a few holes with a fork to prevent puffing. Pre-bake for 5-7 minutes, then let cool.
Sauté Vegetables: In a pan, cook onions and bell peppers over medium heat until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
Make the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir in the turkey, cheese, and sautéed vegetables.
Assemble the Quiche: Pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust, spreading evenly.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
Cool & Serve: Let cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
