Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 Β½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
1 packet (7g) dry yeast
ΒΎ cup (180ml) warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Β½ cup (120ml) heavy cream (or milk)
ΒΌ cup (60g) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Topping:
1 cup (200g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp paprika
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Β½ cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Β½ tsp dried oregano
Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Make the Dough:
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
