Seal the Bombs:
Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
If using wonton wrappers, brush edges with a little water before sealing.
Heat the Oil:
In a deep pan, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat (350°F/175°C).
Fry the S’mores Bombs:
Carefully place the bombs in the oil, seam-side down.
Fry for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Coat & Serve:
Roll the bombs in crushed graham crackers while warm.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
