Cheesy Sausage Muffins Recipe

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Prepare the batter: In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry, then fold in the cooked sausage and 1½ cups of cheese.
Fill muffin cups: Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
