1 pound (450g) ground sausage
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 cup (240ml) milk
2 eggs
2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
