1️⃣ Classic Chewy Oatmeal Cookies
Soft, buttery, and full of flavor!

Ingredients:

1 cup (225g) butter, softened
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
½ cup (100g) white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
3 cups (270g) rolled oats
1 cup (150g) raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to the wet mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins/chocolate chips.
Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!

Scoop onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 cups (180g) quick oats

Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix in oats until combined.
Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes.
