Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 ½ cups (135g) rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup (75g) raisins or dark chocolate chips
¼ cup (60ml) peanut butter (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Mash bananas and mix with oats, cinnamon, and raisins/chocolate.
Scoop onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12–15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy a healthy treat!

1 cup (225g) butter, softened
1 cup (200g) white sugar
½ cup (100g) brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups (155g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups (180g) quick oats
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix in oats until combined.
Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes.
Let them cool for a crispy texture.
