Chili Cheese Dog Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 hot dogs (sliced)
1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent rolls)
¼ cup diced onions (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter (melted)

Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chili Base: In a bowl, mix the chili, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Add Hot Dogs: Spread the sliced hot dogs evenly over the chili.
Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Prepare the Biscuits: Cut biscuit dough into quarters and arrange them on top of the casserole. Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve & Enjoy! Let it cool for a few minutes, then dig in!
