Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Rolls:

Trim the crusts off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Spread softened butter on each bread slice, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
Roll up each slice tightly and set aside.
2️⃣ Coat the Rolls:

In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and vanilla.
Dip each roll into the egg mixture, making sure it’s coated but not soggy.
3️⃣ Cook the Rolls:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
