Classic Lemon Bundt Cake 🍋

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups peeled and diced apples
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples.
Pour into the Bundt pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
Cool and drizzle with caramel sauce.
