Classic Lemon Bundt Cake 🍋
Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp lemon zest
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup buttermilk
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest and juice.
Alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk until fully combined.
Pour into the Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Cool before drizzling with a simple lemon glaze (powdered sugar + lemon juice).

Instructions:

Gradually add the flour mixture alternating with milk.
Divide batter in half; mix cocoa powder into one half.
