Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup (60g) graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies (optional for coating)
1/2 cup (90g) melted chocolate (optional for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions:

Prepare the Strawberries:

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
Using a small knife or a strawberry huller, carefully scoop out a bit of the inside of each strawberry to create space for the filling.
Make the Cream Cheese Filling:

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Whip the Cream:

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Fill the Strawberries:

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a star or round tip.
Carefully pipe the mixture into each strawberry until full.
Optional Coating:

If desired, roll the filled strawberries in graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies for added texture.
Optional Chocolate Drizzle:

Drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries or dip the tops in chocolate for an extra indulgent touch.
Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Serve:

Arrange the strawberry bombs on a serving platter and enjoy! These are best served chilled.
Tips:

You can also add a little lemon zest or a splash of liqueur (like Grand Marnier) to the cream cheese filling for extra flavor.
