Strawberry Bombs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup (60g) graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies (optional for coating)
1/2 cup (90g) melted chocolate (optional for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions:
Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
Using a small knife or a strawberry huller, carefully scoop out a bit of the inside of each strawberry to create space for the filling.
Make the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
