Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Set aside.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar layer and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
