In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper until mixture is well combined. homogeneous.

Cook the steaks:

Return the steaks to the pan with the sauce.
Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, turning the steaks once, until cooked through and coated with the sauce.
