Pecan Pie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Date Caramel:
1 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
