With just a 5-minute prep and 15-minute cook time, our Time-Saver Turkey Chili is here to save the day. 🌶️ Not only is it delicious, it’s also packed with nutrient-rich superfoods that fuel the brain. Bonus: you can let it simmer while you’re studying! What’s something you always add to chili?

1. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium. Add olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook for ~3 minutes.
2. Add ground turkey and break into pieces. Brown the meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, corn kernels, black beans, diced jalapeño and chili power. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, add shredded cheese, mix well and serve.

💭 Swap jalapeños with diced green chiles (or add a little of both for a nice touch of heat).
đź’­ Brighten the flavors with a tablespoon of vinegar (any type works great!) or add a touch of sweetness with a tablespoon of maple syrup.
