1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
4 cups (480g) powdered sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Increase the mixer speed to high and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
